Observation

There was sanitizing strength bleach water and soap and water sprays in one of the cabinets in the play room that is above counter level, but low enough that a child could potentially reach/access this if a child climbed up on one of the chairs right next to the counter. The cabinet does not have a safety latch or other means to prevent child access.
